The 8-Week PQ Programme

I offer the Positive Intelligence® (PQ) Programme — a transformative experience designed to help individuals reduce unhelpful mental patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and improve performance under stress.

What the programme includes:

  • Enrolment in a structured 8-week coaching journey
  • Full access to the licensed PQ mobile application
  • Eight individual coaching sessions (approx. 45 minutes each)

Coaching vs. Therapy

Mental fitness coaching is not therapy. It does not involve deep trauma processing or open-ended exploration. It is skills-based, structured, and growth-oriented.

It can complement counselling or stand alone, depending on your needs. After completing the programme, you may choose to continue app access, engage in ongoing coaching, or transition into therapeutic work if appropriate.
