Supporting the growth and sustainability of the helping professions
Alongside my clinical work, I am deeply involved in professional development through supervision, training, and academic facilitation.
Clinical Supervision
I offer structured clinical supervision to social workers and helping professionals working in private practice, organisational settings, or treatment facilities.
Supervision provides a reflective, ethically grounded space to:
- Explore complex client work
- Strengthen clinical decision-making
- Reflect on countertransference and professional boundaries
- Support professional growth and sustainability
- Prevent burnout and isolation in practice
"My supervision approach is collaborative and developmental, integrating theoretical reflection with practical application. It is suited to both emerging and experienced practitioners seeking thoughtful, accountable support."
CPD Workshops & Professional Training
I design and facilitate practice-focused CPD workshops for social workers and helping professionals. These sessions are grounded in real clinical complexity and focus on practical integration rather than theory alone.
Training is delivered both online and in person.
Academic & Educational Work
I work as a part-time online educator and facilitator within higher-education settings, supporting students through teaching, academic engagement, assessment, and reflective development.
This work bridges theory and lived clinical reality, supporting emerging professionals in building competence and confidence.
