About the session
What This Hour Is About
We tend to explain feeling stuck as a motivation problem. Try harder. Want it more. Push through. Beneath the surface, though, most of us are shaped by hidden mental patterns, formed long ago, that quietly influence how we react, how we decide, and how we treat ourselves.
Positive Intelligence, or PQ, is a practical, evidence-based approach to noticing those patterns and building the mental fitness to respond differently. In this free hour, Mandy walks through what these patterns are, why insight on its own rarely shifts them, and one simple tool you can begin using straight away.
No jargon. No pressure. Just a clearer look at what is actually going on.
