We tend to explain feeling stuck as a motivation problem. Try harder. Want it more. Push through. Beneath the surface, though, most of us are shaped by hidden mental patterns, formed long ago, that quietly influence how we react, how we decide, and how we treat ourselves.

Positive Intelligence, or PQ, is a practical, evidence-based approach to noticing those patterns and building the mental fitness to respond differently. In this free hour, Mandy walks through what these patterns are, why insight on its own rarely shifts them, and one simple tool you can begin using straight away.

No jargon. No pressure. Just a clearer look at what is actually going on.

What to Expect

  1. Register with your first name and email.
  2. We send your private Zoom link, with a reminder before the session.
  3. Join live on Wednesday 24 June at 18h00 SAST, for about 60 minutes.
  4. If you cannot attend live, the replay will be available here on this page, and we will email you when it is ready.
On the night you will also have the chance to take the free Saboteur Assessment, and, if you would like to go further, to book a one-to-one Saboteur Discovery session with Mandy. Both are entirely optional. The webinar stands on its own.

Is it really free?
Yes, completely. No card details, and nothing to pay.
Do I have to be on camera?
Not at all. You are welcome to keep your camera and microphone off the entire time.
What if I cannot attend live?
Register anyway. The replay will be posted on this page, and we will email you when it is ready.
Is this therapy?
No. This is an educational coaching session rather than therapy or counselling. Mandy is a registered social worker, and the webinar is about learning a practical approach you can apply for yourself.
What does PQ mean?
PQ stands for Positive Intelligence, a research-based framework for building mental fitness: the ability to meet stress and challenge with more calm and clarity.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Just bring yourself and somewhere quiet to listen.
